Joanna Tarach, is the manager of Extern’s NI Refugee Resettlement Service and has extensive experience in managing various Peace and Reconciliation projects and activities across the Northern Ireland.

She is an experienced mediator, trainer and educator that uses the merging of mainstream methodology with arts and alternative approaches.

She is a member of various managing bodies in Media, Education and the Arts and has Masters in Psychology and Teaching from the University of Krakow, Poland and licentiate in Journalism, BBC Northern Ireland.
