Tomasz is the highly recognized founder of Polish Angels Northern Ireland - Community, established in 2011 with 250 members, coaches and volunteers, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership by creating and delivering numerous successful large-scale integration, educational, and mental health events. His significant impact on community well-being was formally recognized with two major professional awards: Community Coach of the Year (Sport NI) and Healthy Lifestyle Coach of the Year (Belfast City Council).
He currently holds key governance and educational roles as a Director in the Fishing Federation, a Lead Safeguarding Officer, a certified Licenced Coach and Coach Educator/Assessor, demonstrating his expertise in high-level compliance and fostering professional standards.
