On International Women's Day 2026, the Office of Identity and Cultural Expression, in partnership with the Join Her Network and Nasz Dom, hosted Gain to Give – a celebration bringing women together to share experiences, affirm their identities, and honour their national and cultural heritage. The event was an act of rebalancing scales of privilege, power, and practice, where giving became a mutual sharing of cultural practices rather than an act of charity or superiority.
